Sierra

We were happy to welcome Ms. Sierra to our office support staff in 2025. Along with her love of animals, she brought with her a background in customer relations and experience within the pet grooming industry.

Ms. Sierra’s happy home life revolves around her boyfriend, 2 adorable pups, and a kitty cat. There’s Penelope, who brightens everyone’s day when she accompanies mom to work, and her sister Alara, along with her Sphynx cat, Osiris. Ms. Sierra has a particular appreciation for Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Sphynx cats, and other unique feline breeds.

In her spare time, Ms. Sierra pursues creative hobbies such as knitting and sewing. She also enjoys crime shows and reading, and counts “Pitch Perfect" as her favorite movie. Her top musical choice is” Provider” by Sleep Token. Demonstrating her commitment to community, Ms. Sierra regularly bakes goods to raise money for local fire stations.

When asked why DITR is a unique and great place to work she says working for DITR feels like working with family and best friends. There is never a dull moment and she couldn’t be happier to be a part of the DITR team and looks forward to growing with the company. And for her personal goals, she hopes to settle down and build a future with her boyfriend.
