Lizbeth

While living in San Diego, Ms. Lizbeth pursued her love of animals and became employed at a pet shop. During that time, she was offered a dog-bathing position;she soon realized she found her passion and began her professional grooming career in 2023. DITR was thrilled to welcome her to the Diamond Team in 2025!

Her home is a happy place all thanks to her Rat Terrier, her Chiweenie, and her husband! They're big fans of the outdoors, often found fishing or hunting. When they're relaxing indoors, she loves listening to her favorite band, The Zoo, catching up on The Big Bang Theory or The Walking Dead, or settling in for a good horror, action, or fantasy movie – though her absolute favorite is definitely Howl's Moving Castle.

Ms. Lizbeth tells us that seeing the transformation of the pets she grooms keeps her highly motivated, as does witnessing the reaction of pet parents when they see their babies after their spa days.

Her favorite quote is "Live for each second without hesitation" by Pablo Picasso, and her favorite song is "I Remember Everything" by Zach Bryan & Kacey Musgraves.

When asked about her favorite dog breed, she'll happily tell you she has a huge soft spot for Rat Terriers, with Italian Greyhounds coming in as a very close second!

She loves the work environment at DITR and notes that, despite having worked at three different grooming salons, none have had as positive and uplifting a team as DITR. “Everyone is beyond welcoming, and I know I can always reach out to anyone for help or advice. After a few months with DITR, I can confidently say I have already grown so much as a groomer solely because of the unconditional support I’ve received from not only the other groomers on the team but from the office as well! I cannot wait to see how much more I grow and progress with this amazing company!”

Her future goals include continuing to grow and learn—not just as a groomer, but as a person. She hopes to offer grooming services to local animal shelters for pets in need and would love to enter creative grooming competitions.
